MetaMetals customer service is available for you on the following days, Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM.
Our live chat is generally available around the clock, 365 days a year. If no employee is available at the time of your request, we will contact you by e-mail.
I have not received an order confirmation
If you have not received an order confirmation, there may be various reasons for this. For technical reasons, there may be delays in the automatic sending of the confirmation. For this reason, please wait at least 60 minutes.
Please also check the spam folder in your e-mail inbox.
It is also possible that an error has crept into the email address or there has been a technical error on our side. If this is the case, simply contact our customer service team, and we will process your request as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Whether you can cancel or change your order depends on the status of the order processing. No changes can be made after the goods have been dispatched at the latest. If you wish to make changes, please contact us in writing or by telephone using the contact details provided on this page.
How can I track my order?
