About the Osmium Forge
The Osmium Forge pairs one of the rarest precious metals on Earth with the warmth of solid gold. At its centre sits a hand-selected osmium crystal. Its dimensions are roughly 4 × 12 × 4 mm and it's held in an artfully forged 14-carat yellow gold bracket. Where our bar-style pieces are clean and architectural, the Forge is deliberately organic: The crystal keeps its natural, grown surface, and the gold setting is shaped around it rather than hiding it.
Osmium is the densest naturally occurring element and among the rarest of the precious metals. Read more about the metal itself on our osmium information page. In its crystalline form it carries a distinctive blue-silver shimmer and a surface structure that is never repeated — a natural fingerprint unique to each crystal, shaped by how the crystals are grown. Every crystal is unique, so no two Osmium Forge necklaces are exactly alike.
Each piece is handcrafted in Austria in collaboration with our partner goldsmiths. The gold of this specific piece is a minimum of 58.5% pure (14k), and the osmium is certified at 99.995%. Customisation is available on request — white, yellow or rose gold, and specific crystal sizes.
Every osmium centerpiece is certified crystalline osmium at 99.995% purity. Each necklace is accompanied by a digitally signed Certificate of Authenticity for permanent proof of provenance of the used osmium crystal.

Orders are dispatched with insured shipping and typically arrive within 7–14 working days, worldwide. Within the EU, no customs duty applies — only VAT, charged at the rate of your destination country.

Elvira develops the Forge settings in collaboration with MetaMetals, working with gold and the rare platinum-group metals at the heart of each piece. Each osmium crystal is set by hand, the gold bracket forged individually around it — so the finished necklace frames the crystal rather than concealing it.
Because every piece is handcrafted, customisation is available on request — the gold colour, and specific crystal or ring sizes — discussed directly before your piece is made.
